I had a fantastic stay at this hotel as the front desk service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even using their personal card to purchase tickets for a tourist attraction when my credit card wasn't accepted. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of my office, and it also had great transportation options nearby, including metro, bus, and car. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and staff exceeded my expectations.

had the most amazing valentine's day stay in santiago, and plaza made it even better! staff were so friendly and helpful, location was perfect with easy access to transport and sights. the restaurant food was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

As young people, we loved the delicious food in the restaurant and the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the hop on, hop off bus. We also appreciated the staff's assistance in arranging private tours and the comfortable beds.

The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The staff at Hotel Plaza were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement. Despite the good selection of food, it would have been nice to have some healthier options available.

Good beds, very rich and good quality breakfast, non smoking option

This is rated 4 star but is really a poor 3. When we arrived the waitress in lobby lounge demanded a tip before any food or coffee arrived, which took over one hour. The hotel is very tired and the rooms were noisy.
